I love recipes. I love to read about them, read the reviews and of course make new ones. But with a love of recipes comes an overwhelming amount of them.
I have several cookbooks that I have read but never made any of the delicious meals listed within them and over the years I have subscribed to Cooking Light, Home Cooking and other recipe magazines including the Kraft Food's food & family book that comes a few times a year. As you can imagine, I have so many I can't choose between them all; and if you add in the recipes I hear about on blogs...oh my it makes my head spin.
So. I've decided that I will make one new recipe a week and I will share with you the in's and out's, the good and bad part of it and hopefully inspire others to try something new. Along with this I'm going to start a "top 10" of sorts so that I can keep up with the ones I really want to try and so you know what to look forward to.
