Last week I decided to keep the same goals as the week before. Here's how I did with them the second time around:
1. Drink 4 glasses of water a day. DID IT! Even this weekend I made sure to get my water in...WOOHOO!
2. Take vitamins EVERYDAY. DID IT! I almost forgot yesterday but remembered right before I fell asleep.
3. Work out
I will add that on Saturday we walked the length of two malls, a flea market and a grocery store so while I'm not counting that as a "workout" it was more walking then I've done in a long time.
I'm not going to make any excuses. It's something that I definitely need to continue working towards.
Next week's goals:
1. Drink 4 glasses of water a day.
2. Take vitamins EVERYDAY.
I'm keeping the first two so that I continue to make the right decisions everyday. I haven't included exercise in my list of goals because I'm off from work and will be spending time with my friends. I know that some our activities will involve a fair amount of walking so I'm not too worried about scheduling time to make it happen.

Hey every step counts!!! I even count walking down the hall to check on the kids a kazillion times a day, LOL!!
Vitamins, I take mine at night just before bed, got into the habit whith child number one yrs ago and it stuck. I never could remember in the morning!

I walked alot this past week, but so freaking busy w/work and vacation prep. Actually, too busy to eat much, so maybe that's a good thing. I'm proud of you, Brandy.
Excellent! 2 out of 3 goals accomplished sounds good to me. Keep moving forward with those and you find the workout that works for you.

Well I am not doing Tift but I am doing Weight Watchers. And I totally hear ya about excercise.
have only done it once in two weeks but my excuse is that I have been sick.. I am feeling better today but I have a ton of crap to do. I will do better next week.
Good on ya for the water and vitamines. I have lost 13 pounds so far in 6 weeks so I am pretty cool with that.. Right now all I want to do is drink some water, then take a nap!

I'd totally count the walking as a workout! At least it's some sort of activity, right?!

My phone has a pedometer on it and I am always surprised by how many steps, sometimes by how few, sometimes by how many. Walking is great exercise!
